Starting a blog.

I have a hard time coming up with dinner ideas and sticking to it. My youngest daughter is the pickest eater ever. So I am making this blog to come up with new ideas and stick to it. And even make my daughter try new things. I am also up for any suggestions from anyone who sees this blog.

I make my list to Monday to Sunday and do my best not to be temped to hit a fast food joint. So since it is Friday I don't have much to share, but on Sunday I am going to start my weekly log and post what we are having and what I found and any recipes I have.

On Fridays we always have Pizza Hut $10 pizza's. This Sunday happens to be my dads birthday so we are all going out to eat at Outback Steak house. For Sunday dinner we are having Pigs in a blanket and with picnic sticks and some Cauliflower poppers.

How I make pigs in a blanket and what you need (this is so simple)!
1 pack of crescent (any brand you like)
1 pack of hot dogs
1 pack of American Cheese

I take the dough lay the cheese on it and the hot dog and roll it up. Put it in the oven as long as the crescent directions say and WA-La Pigs in the blanket. My kids love them. Well minus the picky eater. For her I leave hot the hot dog.

I haven't made the Cauliflower poppers ever, but they sound yummy, but I am sure my picky eater will not eat them, but I can give it a try!

Strange I typed out the recipe and now I don't see it. I wonder if I am not a loud. Well the link should work.

ETA: I am no expert on cooking for a family. This is just some fun way to keep up with dinner ideas :) Also my typing is rusty so I tend to get my letters out of order or spelled wrong.
